    The Account Executive will work cooperatively with other members of the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and exceed customer expectations.




    • Answer phones and assist clients with telephone orders
    • Adjust contracts based on revisions sent via email and telephone
    • Handle incoming web requests and send proposals within 24 hours
    • Generate new and repeat sales by providing correct and timely equipment quotes
    • Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
    • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and increase profitability
    • Confirm all orders with clients and ensure payment method is on file
    • Greet and assist any walk-in clients
    • Responsible for ensuring cash clients credit cards have been run prior to delivery
    • Proactively collect on short cash and accounts receivables when past due. Apply all payments sent through mail.
    • Follow up and write thank you notes to clients shortly after their events and communicating all feedback to Director of Sales
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
    • Managing accounts and making sure all client info is updated in POR
    • Managing touchpoints and “touching” each client at least twice a year
    • Ensure warehouse is kept up to date with ample time to prepare for revisions
    • Manage correct inventory by closing tickets daily & keeping track of missing items. Communicate with client to collect any missing inventory.
    • Invoice clients for missing and/or damaged items post event
    • Keep up with overbooking and coordinate subrentals to fulfill all orders
    • Manage time efficiently, meet personal and sales goals, and work effectively with other members of the sales staff
    • Support any management personnel as needed





    • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.  Additional training and experience in customer service or sales is required.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.  Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications.  Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 60 wpm.  Visibility of work requires attention to detail and thoroughness.  This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of an Associates or Bachelors Degree and a minimum of three years of experience.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and some potential travel.
